EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Products can be returned or exchanged within the time frame approved by the manufacturer, as long as prior approval is obtained from one of our customer sales representatives. The product must be in a condition that is acceptable to the manufacturer for credit to be granted. An RGA number will be issued, which the customer must list on the packing list or on the invoice and place inside the box. Restocking fees may apply.
A limited number of products are non-returnable, therefore we encourage our customers to carefully check the part numbers, descriptions, quantities and packaging of the products ordered.
Refunds will be promptly processed within 2 business days.
