The Posey® Heel Guard helps provide protection against skin breakdown in the lower leg and/or foot. Our high resilience foam heel offloading device is designed to float the heel and reduce the risk of foot drop. In addition to heel and side ventilation holes that promote air circulation and dissipate heat buildup, the adjustable foam elevation blocks provide optimal individual positioning and heel lift. The outer lining minimizes the risk of friction and shear and is fully compliant with CA #117, Section E Flame Retardancy Standards. Plus, our heel guards are one size fits all.
